Zully Santos

Paralegal

Born in Honduras and raised in Houston, Texas, Zully Santos has always been passionate about helping others navigate difficult and life-changing situations. Growing up in a diverse community gave her a deep understanding of the challenges many families face, especially within the immigrant community. That passion led her to begin her legal career in immigration law, where she worked closely with families seeking guidance, stability, and hope during uncertain times. She took pride in helping clients explore legal options that often felt impossible and in being a source of support throughout the process.

Her experience later expanded into personal injury law on the defense side, where she worked as a legal secretary assisting attorneys with case management and litigation matters. During that time, she gained valuable insight into how insurance companies and defense firms evaluate claims. While the experience strengthened her legal knowledge, it also helped her realize where her passion truly belonged — advocating for injured individuals and families who deserve to be heard and fairly compensated for their pain and suffering.

Today, as a paralegal, Zully uses both her legal experience and bilingual communication skills to support attorneys and clients throughout every stage of a case. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to making clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported during challenging times. She genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in being someone clients can trust and rely on.
