Claudia is a Houston native, and proud of it. She grew up in the Northside of town, so she is familiar with the culture, and all the wonderful things from the 713. She enjoys helping people, and her position here allows her to do just that. As one of our case managers, her top priority is to make sure the client knows we are here for them. Many times, it’s hard to go into a problem alone, so being able to help guide through those challenges is one of the reasons she enjoys what she does. Communicating with people is important to her and finds that it is key when handling cases. The best part of handling a case is hearing your clients happy with the overall service provided, so talking and building those connections is a main priority for her here at the firm. Aside from being a case manager, she is also a mother of two, and loves her cat, “Kiki.” She enjoys the sun, but loves winter the most, and Christmas is her favorite holiday.
As an avid reader, she enjoys spending time in libraries, and tries to keep local bookstores opened by buying as many books as she can. Some of her favorites include, Frankenstein, Normal People, and Oh, the Places You’ll Go!
While working here she hopes to continue building on what she already knows to further her career, and the success of this firm. She enjoys working with the team to come to a solution together, making the firm the place to go when someone needs us.
Claudia es nativa de Houston y está orgullosa de ello. Creció en el lado norte de la ciudad, por lo que está familiarizada con la cultura y todas las cosas maravillosas del 713. Además de ser administradora de casos, también es madre de dos hijos y ama a su gata, “Kiki”. Le gusta el sol, pero le encanta el invierno y la Navidad es su fiesta favorita.
Como lectora ávida, le gusta pasar tiempo en las bibliotecas y trata de mantener abiertas las librerías locales comprando tantos libros como puede. Algunos de sus favoritos incluyen Frankenstein, Gente normal y ¡Oh, los lugares a los que irás!
