Yanting was born in Hefei, Anhui province, China. She moved to the United States in 2011 to attend graduate school and earned a Master of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. Before that, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida International University, and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Tianjin University of Commerce.
Her primary responsibilities include assisting with the management of pre-litigation and litigation cases and supporting to develop, coordinate, and implement the firm’s marketing plans. She also assists the firm by expanding their internet and local presence, directing potential clients to choose Hollingsworth Law Firm to represent their injury cases. During her time at the firm, she is excited to see the firm grow and help victims choosing the right firm for their personal injury cases and receive the justice they deserve.
Before joining the Hollingsworth Law Firm, Yanting worked in the hospitality industry for 13 years, starting as a server and progressing upward to sales and revenue sector. She has worked for several well-known companies, including Aramark, the Beijing Olympic Games, Intercontinental Hotels, Four Seasons, and Crowne Plaza Hotels. In her previous roles, she was responsible for identifying potential clients, cultivating relationships, and negotiating contracts. In addition, she oversaw all booking channels and strategically set hotel prices to increase revenue.
Yanting is a truly unique asset to the organization, with a diverse business and marketing background who is fluent in Mandarin and English. Her international experience has given her a keen insight into what consumers want and a deep appreciation of cultural norms. When she’s not working, Yanting is an avid traveler and enjoys experiencing diverse cuisines, saltwater fishing, attending theatrical performances, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband and their 75 pounds Labrador Retriever.
